Health Care REIT lifts quarterly dividend to 68 cents (AP via Yahoo! Finance)
Health Care REIT Inc. announced it raised its quarterly dividend by 2 cents, or 3 percent, to 68 cents per share. The company, which invests in senior housing and health care real estate, said it will pay the dividend May 20 to shareholders of record as of May 2.
